As a Business Development Manager you’ll work with passionate endurance event organisers primarily across the UK, but you will have the opportunity to grow the company into a global brand.

Previous knowledge and use of CRM systems
Proven over-performance in previous sales roles
Highly driven with a creative spirit
3+ years experience in business development
Strong organisation skills and ability to manage own diary
Experience or networks within sporting events environment (preferred but not essential)
Someone who is open, honest and with a high integrity.
Adept at influencing internal and external decision makers at all levels, including Board
Using innovative techniques to take new ideas to market
Develop relationships with UK and global sports endurance event organisers to generate new business development opportunities
Engage with existing and new leads to help prospective clients learn more about the companies platform
Shape the companies business development priorities in the global endurance events market
Develop a strong knowledge of the sports endurance events market, providing regular forecasts and updates to the companies team
Provide recommendations of CRM systems and successful implementation of new CRM system
Create and maintain up to date leads and accounts plans through recommended CRM system
Strong proven ability to generate new leads, close self-generated deals and those of existing nurtured leads
Willingness to travel to meet with prospective clients both in the UK and World Wide
