A very exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to manage an existing sales team at one of the UK’s largest high end health and leisure businesses.
Sales Managers are the driving force behind each of successful sales teams. They bring passion, integrity, expertise and bundles of enthusiasm to a role that is challenging but rewarding. Selling an amazing product really helps you to live the brand and instil confidence into our Sales Consultants. You will lead by example in everything you do and have freedom to express your individual management style to ensure our members and potential members are being sold the ‘Brand Experience’ at all times.
Being a Sales Manager provides you a platform to take control and create your own success story. Through coaching and development, you will help sales consultants deliver their ‘Personal Best’ and give them every opportunity to flourish under your management.
Targets will be challenging but achievable so teamwork and togetherness are fundamental for success. You’ll work on making the most of partnership opportunities and PR events to grow sales and keep new members coming through our doors, making every day varied and interesting.

Previous managerial experience in a sales environment
Experience within the Leisure Industry (desirable)
Experience managing a sales team
Basic knowledge of sales skills and strategies
Target driven and aspirational
Ability to achieve targets successfully
Organised with good admin skills
Hours per week: 40 – involves weekend work
